Welcome to our food section, in this post we described a five-course meal that celebrates the diverse flavours of different regions around the world. Each course will showcase unique ingredients, cooking techniques, and cultural influences.

1. Appetizer: Japanese Sushi Platter

Description: Start with an elegant sushi platter featuring a variety of nigiri (slices of raw fish on seasoned rice) and maki rolls. Include classics like maguro (tuna), hamachi (yellowtail), and ebi (shrimp). Eat it with pickled ginger, soya source and wasabi

2. Soup: French Bouillabaisse



Country: France

Description: A rich seafood stew made with a medley of fish (such as cod, sea bass, and mussels), tomatoes, saffron, garlic, and herbs. Serve it with crusty baguette slices and rouille (a garlicky mayonnaise-like sauce).
